HOW IT WORKS

1. Company (X) will send the inquiry to OVPL (via. email/ call)
2. Company (X) will share the ‘no regret price’ of all vendors to OVPL (via. email/ call)
3. OVPL will be the representative of the Company (X), who will connect with the vendor(s) for the negotiation over ‘no regret price’ (via. meeting/ call)
4. OVPL will share the negotiated rates finalized with Vendor (B) to the Company (X)
5. Final meeting among all 3 parties i.e. Company, OVPL & Vendor for the Capex item to be purchased. (MOU needs to be signed by all 3 parties)
6. Consultancy fees to be paid to OVPL as per the discussed percentage by the Company.
